I have reviewed a specific skin care item twice. Both reviews have been courteous but truthful, but they have been negative and I gave only one star for a "customer top-rated" product. The email explaining why my reviews were blocked contained reasons that were completely unrelated to what my review said. I have now submitted the review a third time, again with as courteous and insult-free tone as possible, and with specific references to both items sold in the product (it comes as a set) and to why I was unhappy with the way these items performed. I'm guessing this will also be rejected!! So much for customer reviews. When it comes to "customer top rated" I will no longer believe that claim!! I will go to Amazon.com or order directly from the manufacturer of the item. I no longer find QVC trustworthy!!
