missy, I agree, I was just addressing Jerz's comments about the fact that the car seat was switched back to the old one was irrelevant and didn't prove premeditation. I don't think so, I think it's extremely relevant and the entire thing was premeditated. The outcome was exactly what he, and most likely she, planned.

That would be a lot here. He racked on $4000 on his credit card for airline miles. Plus all the games they went to, and college apparel they bought. There's no excuse.
He was making $30/hr. and he spends most of his time at work Se*ting?? Absolutely Disgusting!
That's downright CRAZY that he worked in IT and spent his day chatting with 6 women?????
No wonder he didn't get a promotion....I can't believe the company is so lax that they didn't check his on-line searches and e-mails.

On 7/10/2014 Jerz-girl said:That's not what the info you posted said at all. It addressed rear-facing seats the child has *not yet outgrown*. It doesn't say it's safe or a good idea to use a seat the child is too big for.resse, the only thing I disagree with you about is, on that day Cooper died, the parents couldn't just switch the car seat from one car to the other, they each would be having Cooper in their own cars at different times...father in the AM and the mother in the PM. They each needed a car seat that day.
According the the Academy of Pediatrics the parents did nothing wrong having the baby in the rear facing car seat.

Just read that Paypal will refund all of the $22,000 collected for his defense. BTW they should.

I could have sworn that I read or heard somewhere that the mother took a bus to pick up Cooper at daycare?????
Was I seeing/hearing things?
