Baby Changing Tables?

Why is it there are no baby changing tables in men's rest rooms?

My son is a divorced father and he says when he takes Max out he can't find a place to change him, not around our area anyway. So he has to take him to his vehicle.

Do business not think single parents take their children out without a woman present?

seems some areas we advance but others we are still living in stone ages so to speak
