Draw the house.

Fold a bottom corner part of the paper which will let you drag your pencil to the middle of the house without lifting.

Draw the figure, put the bottom part of the paper back and finish the last leg of the figure.

Drawing the house without lifting is an old puzzle (and drawing it without going over the same lines). The trick was to figure out getting the pencil to the middle of the house.
