BL flameless candle lantern

I just received 3 of the BL flameless candle lanterns and they really look great, however, not one of them works! I called CS and they said there have been no problems with them recorded and that I could send them back for 3 more because they have plenty in stock.

I called BL and they told me to clean out the battery case, click the on/off switch several times, let it set for an hour, replace the batteries, then try it again. Well, that didn't work and needless to say they are going back.

Did anyone else have this problem with Item# H 189699? I can't believe that ALL 3 were defective!{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}
