Hi Plaid Pants!  I understand what you're saying.  Hopefully, people do their duty and make a difference as much as any one person can.  Smiley Happy  I know I have, although in all these years I've only been called on a couple of times.

Is that usual?

That seems kind of weird to me!

That does seem strange.  Well, we have some unusual and inappropriate judges in PA.

I didn't hear the inflection/tone of how the judge said, "Good luck", but maybe he ment like, "You're gonna need it".

If he did these crimes...and it appears he did...he belongs in jail. Maybe this trial will be the beginning. I was so disappointed when I read all the claims...The Cosby Show was wonderful.

For the life of me I can not understand how his wife stays in the marriage...even she must by now have questions?

That's also a huge disappointment IMHO and makes her culpable as she ignored what was going on and I believe at some point EARLY ON she knew that something outside of her marriage was happening .....and still she stayed in the marriage.   Why?  To continue her own lifestyle.  I don't believe for a minute that she is only just finding all this stuff out.......

Cosby's wife, Camille, has said she knew he was a philanderer and a cheat, but he was not a rapist. She married him young (20), had five children with him, and went on to earn both a Master's degree and PhD. She is definitely bright enough to understand what he is, it is difficult to understand why she would support him through all this. But, then again, people who have been moved to true forgiveness can forgive much. I could forgive an indiscretion or two in a marriage, but when it became a habit, I'd say it was time to unhitch the team and move on.

Yes, I could totally and completely forgive someone for most anything.... BUT I could not and would not stay married to him.  Not for one minute more.....

The film from today and the report from the eyewitness reporter suggest there is something wrong with him imo.  As if he is not quite all there.

Maybe it's early stages of dementia/Altzheimer's.

That's what I wonder.  He had to be led to his chair, "as if he couldn't see" according to the reporter.

When the judge told him no contact with the complainant, he asked "no contact?"  When she again said NO contact, he grinned and said, "OK!"  Odd.

Would love to see what kind of angle the Defense takes...since everyone has been quiet on his end.
