@shell garden wrote:Tinkrbll.....yep, ole Cosby was in the Augusta, GA area not long ago performing. I did not go, blech....but, there were no reports of him not being able to see. I think he was here about 2-3 months ago.

Exactly!

NOT replying to anyone in particular, but I'm surprised so many women on here still, in 2016, blame the victim!!
Yes, a woman should be careful, but even careful women get raped every day in this country, despite taking precautions and being aware of their surroundings. If this had happened to your sister, daughter or mother ... would you still be so quick to blame THEM?
Cosby is a very angry man (I have no idea why) .... and a serial rapist!!

@Tinkrbl44 wrote:Since when is Cosby legally blind? He seemed pretty aware and chipper at a concert about 6 months ago .... I think it's possible he's faking it for public sympathy.
(And yes, an actor can "fake" an eye exam!)

Reportedly, the film over his right eye is apparent in his mug shot. It has no bearing on the case, imo.

If it's a cataract (which "film" would suggest) he would be "legally blind" only until he has surgery, which is simple and quick, as most know. But he could well be putting it off in order to remain "legally blind" to his benefit.

Well, this beats all I have ever seen...geez! The judge ruled that Camille COSBY had to give her deposition in this case on January 6...tomorrow! Her attorney's scrambled with an "emergency motion" saying they need time to appeal the judge's decision to make her testify at the deposition. It was granted.....oh brother. 😠 😯

It takes longer to come up with lies, than it does to just tell the truth. ![]()

This is what was said about his diagnosis:
"The embattled comedian reportedly suffers from keratoconus, a thinning condition of the cornea that causes the eye to bulge.
It also can result in vision distortions such as blurring, ghosting, multiple images, starbursts and glaring, according to the National Keratoconus Foundation."
