I replied on one of your other threads about this. Q sold 2 15" laptops & 2 17" laptops. Only the more expensive 15" & 17" laptops came with Office. Are you sure you bought one that came with it???

If you did buy one of the laptops that came with Office I would return the laptop & stop complaining. You will get credit in the same amount you paid.

@Nightowlz  A Mod already answered and said it’s being sent separately with the shipping dates.

I actually bought the laptop that is supposed to come with software, and my receipt reflects that. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. For some reason, QVC find this to be a complicated concept and far too complex for them to figure out and remedy. The problem:  My computer did not have the software I paid for in full. The resolution: Send me the software (code, key, voucher, what have you). Not complicated for a capable organization. It has nearly a month. Every day I receive some sort of promise from QVC, but have not received the software. The person who suggested I no longer buy from QVC. Great advice. I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future.

QVC has contacted me, but no software has been received. If I have a receipt for something I paid for and do not have all of the product I paid for, then that's essentially being cheated out of my money. If you want to call it something else, that is your perrogative. I can only share my own experience. My experience is that I paid for a bundle and I did not receive the elements of that bundle. Still have not received the software. Still disappointed that QVC cannot figure out how to simply provide me with software code. It's really not that complicated QVC.

Given the precedent of QVC not being able to even provide the software I paid for- a relatively simple task - why would I send back the computre and trust them with refunding my money or providing the correct computer. That seems beyound their capability, as they have presented their capabilities to me. If you experience is different, I do not begrudge that. Unforturnately, my experience with QVC demonstrates their ineptitude at resolving issues. I am only speaking from my own experience, one which more than anyone else I wish I had not experienced. I take no pleasure in pay money and not receiveing what I paid for.

Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved. I know, it's insane, considering how simple the resoution is. However, QVC just can't get it toghether. You are correct, the best way to avoid this sort of trouble is to buy electronics through Brick and Mortar shops. Next time, Best Buy or other comparable shop. Thank you.

Thank goodness someone else is aware of this issue. I hate that you are going through this too. I imagine we are the tip of the iceberg. There are going to be some disappointed folks when those Christmas gifts are opened. I feel for people who are buying this as a holiday gift, only to have their gift receivers go through such an awful experience. QVC, please be honest and pro-active. Resolve this issue and make things right.

I received my laptop on November 26th and the separately mailed "Productivity Suite" was received on December 16th.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.

Software received. Yippeee! I finally received my software after 3 weeks of pushing. I am exhausted. However, software subscription is loaded and I am happy to have what I paid for. Customer Care and Social group worked on this, which I do appreciate. Overall though, "Bless your heart, QVC." Some of y'all know how to translate that message. Ask David; he's know North Carolina language. Huge kudos to Microsoft, between Microsoft, HP, and QVC... Microsoft was the only company ready and willing to step up and make it right, right away (three weeks ago). QVC just would not provide the detailed receipt Microsoft needed. Thank you Microsoft for understanding and articulating excellent customer service. My next computer will be a Surface, bought directly from Microsoft.
