According to snopes this is unproven, but they didn't say it was false.

I don't trust food products from China. I wouldn't buy it

Well, plastic rice or rice with arsenic? I would like to think I would know if I'm eating plastic, though you never can tell. I am concerned about arsenic found in all rice types though.

Per page 2 of the article and Mz iMac's post this rice isn't here in the US.
