Re: BERNIE MADOFF DIES IN PRISON

The most notorious criminal to have graduated from my high school. Never mind the three Nobel Laureates who also graduated from my high school. Bernie Madoff is the most well-known alumnus, albeit notorious.

@Porcelain  Is there a point to this really off topic post?

Yes. Sorry you missed it.

It was a ho hum response. Showing lack of care that someone died. The lack of affect was the point. It meant, "Oh really? Oh well."

Nice chat.

@Porcelain  Well it sure did appear to be way off topic since it was so obtuse.

I'm sure you'll instruct the mods to delete it then. Have a nice day.

Re: BERNIE MADOFF DIES IN PRISON

One of his sons committed suicide over the scam. Bernie valued his own lifestyle over the retirements and savings of the people he conned. I can't stand liars and con men.

@Porcelain  FYI I have never "instructed" the mods to do anything.

@haddon9   @NicksmomESQ   Theres a huge difference between being sad that he wasted his own life and being sympathetic to the people whose lives he ruined.  He obviously had a lot of skill and intelligence so it's sad he didn't use it for the greater good.
