Has anyone shopped from the BB&B website?

It looks very much like the stores, and today I noticed that TopCashBack is paying a 4% rebate on purchases.

I didn't realize they had bounced back!

One more thing ........ I signed up for emails and have received two emails with the famous 20% off blue card for all purchases!

I loved shopping at BB&B when they had the stores, I think nearly every wall in our house had artwork from them! We outfitted our first camper at the store, from kitchen to bedroom and bath. I forgot they were back as online - Thanks for the reminder!!

Unfortunately they didn't bounce back. It's not the same company at all. Overstock just bought the name.

@Tinkrbl44 Thanks for reminding me of BB&B, one of my favorite stores. I bought a rug from them several years ago and am looking to buy another.

Yes, I have ordered from their website a couple times, once over a year ago and once two months ago. I have no complaints about the delivery or the products I bought. What I didn't realize is that it isn't free returns anymore. I bought two mini fans two months ago, which came to over fifty dollars, so I got free shipping. I changed my mind and wanted to return them, but a label through them would have been 25 dollars, unless it was an error on their part or damaged product. I was told I could buy the membership for 19.99 and I could get one free return a month for a year, that's how long the membership lasts. I don't buy enough to justify a membership, so I asked for a return address so I could make my own label. It would have cost me 20 dollars through UPS, but went to USPS and it cost me a little over 15 dollars to send back. I ended up getting a full refund, but I had to message them to ask about it. It was about two weeks after they received the fans before I got my refund. I wanted to delete my account, but since I made a purchase this year, I have to wait a year before I can delete the account, something to do with fraud or a tax thing. Needless to say, my experience wasn't the best.
