Five hours later... and my order, once again, says BACK ORDER.

I will give it a little more time before I decide to pull the plug on it.

My order has been on backorder for a week. It was guaranteed to be delivered before the 25th when ordered.

The strange thing is this item is still available to order in my chosen color. I have called customer service twice, and they don't know why.

Good luck on getting your backorder. I have a backorder for Logo item A631563. I ordered it the first day it was available, and it was supposed to have holiday shipping. My size and color is the only one which now shows sold out. Maybe the box with my size is still on its way from China? This is very irritating. To me it says that QVC is overselling their inventory, anticipating that some credit cards may decline. Just like airlines oversell their seats. But at least with airlines, they will offer you some credits if you have to take a later flight. With QVC, they just cancel your order. They should at least give us some member credits when they cancel on us.
