I'm freezing. We got down to 30 degrees last night and today more rain. Next week it is supposed to be in the 70s. Now we are alking.

With all the rain and the high winds we have had, the leaves are falling fast. I'm hoping they hang on til next week when it is warmer so we can enjoy the fall colors. I love the beautiful maples this time of year. With all the rain, the grass has really grown but I think we are going to need to rake before we can mow.

Out yard light went out and it is not getting juice to the switch at the front door. Our house was build before they started having boxes for the light to switch into. We are wired directly to the breaker in the barage. Don't want to try and go under the new driveway. So maybe we will go look at a solar light post. I'm not sure we have enough light during the day in the winter to light one up at night or not. When the snow falls, I want to be able to see where my morning paper landed.
