HI, all,

My picture handler has a "remove properties" feature. The problem has been for me that the space for the image is so tiny that almost all pics I've tried are indistinct.  Current one is my Mme. Alexander "Winnie" doll.  It showed up the best of the pictures I tried.

What is a picture handler?  Thanks.

Hello, faeriemoon,

In MyPC, in the area where pictures are stored, if I open a picture and look under file (top left of screen), there is a dropdown that includes "properties."  It allows most things, including the date created, etc, to be removed.  If you have a "save as" feature, you can change the title of the pic to ""qvc icon" or something like that if you gave it a too specific name.

I am no techie and have been roaming around inside my pictures for a few hours, so it's a bit of a muddle.  But I think I've also seen the remove features command in "Paintbox" under File.

I have Windows 8.2, which I am still learning, as my computer is fairly new.

HTH, but I am not the best for technical terms!  Maybe another poster can help a bit more.

I went in and denied all entries for that pic in my computer.  I either fixed it or screwed it up.Smiley LOL

I asked the safety question in the Electronics fourm and was told that it is safe.  You can check it out up there even though I only received one response so far.Smiley Happy
