I read online that it starts around 40. Well I'm some years past that so I guess that explains why I had a severe case of memory loss this morning. I went to the grocery store, came home, performed my usual routine of putting the clothes I wore into the laundry, sanitized my phone, and crossbody bag, threw my mask in the wash also, got dressed and started to fix my breakfast when it suddenly dawned on me that I left the groceries in the car !!
Oh my goodness ! so I rush out to the car, got the groceries which included a pint of Halo Top ice cream ( thank goodness it hadn't melted) So I read online about a memory inhancement pill called Redimind that says over 95% of clinical study participants showed improved short term memory after taking the pill for 30 days. Maybe I should look into that, anyone else dealing with funny moments of memory loss ? .

It starts when you are born. I have always been very ADHD! Seriously.

Stay calm. I left a bag of frozen Brussels Sprouts under one of the car seats when I was grocery shopping yesterday.
DH found them this morning.

I once put my Taco Bell sack in the freezer and my Baskin Robbins sack inside the oven. Had not turned on the oven just a place to store it until I was ready. Thank goodness I was ready about 30 minutes later when my ice cream dinner was melting but not melted. Taco Bell was a bit rock hard. I do see a bit more forgetfulness at 59 than at 49.

It is happening at our house, more so for my husband. We were more organized and adhered to a schedule when we worked. After retiring, we get our wires crossed more frequently.

We had a co-worker in our office many years ago that used to order "memory powder" online. Evidently, it was supposed to be taken in the morning. Almost every single day after lunch you'd hear her exclaim, "OH NO....I forgot to take my memory powder". I would just smile and go about my work but I would think to myself, "Well, obviously it's not working". LOL. On top of that, she was only in her late 20's,

Join the club, @Goodie2shoes. Personally, I think all those products that claim to help are bogus. Note that their ads always use words like "seem."
