As Is item costs more than clearance?

Item A307216 on clearance (Dennis Basso jacket) costs $55.98.  The same jacket A343380  as is costs $70.50.  Shouldn’t as is items be priced lower than clearance?

Yep, but mistakes happen.  I always check current selling price before buying as is.

So if you want it, grab it at the lower price.

Yes, I think so.  Call customer service, they'll do the price adjustment for you.

Seems the Q doesn't know what clearance means--I can pay as much as whatever the item is, as clearance, new so no big "sale" at all--I don't shop here for that reason--can get the same stuff for less elsewhere and pay no s/h and get it in a day or 2.

I am a AS IS buyer and it happens  more than it should.  I have become very very careful these days.  I even check reviews if I can. If it is a nationally known or sold product I go to Amazon to check it out or Google.

Re: As Is item costs more than clearance?

I bought this jacket on July 26 on clearance for $55.98 but had to return it because the zipper was broke.  They no longer have it in small olive.  I would think an as is item should be less than clearance.  Someone looking at an as is item might think they are getting a good deal off the regular price.  I agree @wagirl.  There are better bargains elsewhere.
