When I watched the news tonight the top four stories . You cry in sorrow for the one story. Then the next one comes on and you cry for happiness. Then the next story you cry out of anger for the bad people in this world then emotions arise for the one they found. No I'm not a cry baby but tonight so many emotions for all of us. I know on these threads the rules but I mentioned no one. Just sadness for what today brought us and some happiness for others. What a day!!

On days like this it is best to remember, and hold the beauty of the world.  Keep positive thoughts growing within and let it over flow into your world around you.
