Sounds like a whole lot of money is being spent by the taxpayers of Arizona to get the verdict that was inevitable.

A hung jury and the judge sentences her.

Juries will SAY they can give the death penalty, then get all squishy, especially with a woman defendant.

The prosecution probably should not have re-tried this.

it will be "available"- there are a lot of "fights" about charging people for viewing it (like on websites that buy the tapes)

If HLN shows it - it would take 17 years with all their commercials.
