Marianne....Thanks for this thread and update.

So, now we have a "mystery witness"...

This case has been filled with so many delays and drama...so it is no surprise that the same is happening with the sentencing trial.

How long is this trial supposed to last?...Will "mystery witness" be testifying today...or are there still more arguments going on?...I'm betting on more delays and arguments!

So they are back in the courtroom, however Judge Sherri & the attys are having a secret side bar discussing what the stay means and how to interpret it!!! What a circus indeed.

It should mean that the media and the public are to be allowed back in the courtroom. No video/audio is to be released until after the verdict, however. That hasn't changed.

It should. But then we're dealing w/ Judge Sherri and Nurmi. I'd advise - don't hold your breath! I wish Marianne were here.. i'm an amateur compared to her!

Court is done for today. The lawyers come back @ 1:30 PT tomorrow (Tues.). Jury is off until 10:30 PT Wednesday. Once again, this trial is proceeding at glacial speed.

Thanks for the update SuesCat. I guess they have to further discuss what it means - like the guy from the twitter link - it means stop being so secretive and let us in, lol. I am sure someone will find something else to stall about again later this week.
