I retired three years in April so I never know the day or date...haha...

I'm glad they will be deliberating tomorrow...maybe we will have a verdict before this weekend...

What happens if the Jury can't agree like the last time....Please don't say there will be another trial.....

If they hang this time, it goes to the Judge to decide on Life with or without parole after 25 years.

If they decide death, that is it.

If they decide life, the Judge then decides what type of life.

AZ now has real life (meaning no parole) but at the time of this crime (2008) they had the two types of life.

A Judge in AZ cannot give death, it has to come from a unanimous jury.

no sequestration.

AZ has not sequestered in over 20 years I believe.
