No. I wasn't raised or exposed to soccer until I was out of school and it just didn't have any appeal to me.

They mentioned on CNN this morning that a deal might be made with the Germans..not sure what that means. We have several American-German players. Anyone know?

Our coach is German too and the current German coach used to be his assistant.

If they "agree" to play to a draw, both countries will get into the next round. I guess it's OK in World Cup.

The number of goals that a team gave up in their matches is subtracted from the number they scored.

If a team scored 6 goals in their group and the other teams scored a combined total of 2 against them then the goal differential is 4.
