I am not crazy about it either, but it is Princess Diana's child and that makes it more meaningful for me. I heard her sister, looks a lot like Diana, is going to do some sort of reading and Wiliam and Kate's children will be the attendants. She isn't having a maid of honor. The worst part for me is watching Charles and Camilla, but I hope they don't show them much. I'll be watching and thinking of Diana.

England loves their royals. Even if they hate them, the majority want them.
Personally, I love to watch them. The older ones, not as much. I love the younger set
they do raise money for charity, and they are heavily involved in in serving. They are not political, but they are there to serve and raise spirits and promote causes.

Yes, I am interested in it! I was born and raised in England. I made sure I was off for the wedding so I can be at home to watch all day. When William got married, I had a gathering at my house to watch with some other English ladies. Lol, we decorated with Union Jacks and had English goodies to eat.

I follow the various Twitter accounts of the Royal Familly (Royal Family, Kensington Palace, Clarence house, Duke of York, etc.) because I enjoy hearing about the charities they support as well as the history they share.
I don't follow the gossip.
I will watch the wedding.

Just thinking about Camilla wearing a "fascinator" on her big head will make me not watch her step-son say his nuptials. Tuning out~!

She set the bar so incredibly high, everyone else is just ‘noise’.
The images of Diana greeting AIDS patients, meeting Mother Theresa
and walking within the minefields is something we shouldn’t forget.
No one in the monarchy has even come close to her
hands-on charitable endeavors.
Don't talk rubbish!!...The Royal Family have been doing Charities like that for years!....It's the Media that don't show every thing....Diana was an attention seeker!...
Now you're talking rubbish!!

We have two websites here at the over 55 place I live - an "official" one put out by the builder and a resident run one). They have a lot of activities every day and they just put out a survey to see if anyone is interested in making it a reason to throw a party in the clubhouse.
