I had a bad year, but still feel extremely blessed for everything I have.  And I am looking forward to the New Year.

Yes, I'm glad to see 2022 come to a close, but there are still so many loose ends, that I predict that 2023 won't be a cake walk, either. Not for many of us individually and possibly most of us collectively. There's lots of uncertainty. Time will tell.

Glad? Not really, moving on is part of life. I have had some great years, and also many rough years. I reached a point several decades ago where I live 1 day at a time. Collectively saying XXXX year, that I was glad it was over!  

For me life is the present, and the future is no further than tomorrow. With 2023 a couple days away? I may not be here, who knows?

It has been a rather rough year, that's for sure!  Looking back, a lot of things have happened and many of them really challenging.  I know that just turning the numbers from 2022 to 2023 won't make a difference, but somehow I think - well, this old year is just plain old worn out and now there is a fresh, new one!  It's always good to start out with as much of a clean slate as possible and be optomistic and have hope and --- faith!
