I tend to always be hot, so yes, I have been known to wear sleeveless tops/blouses in the winter, with a cardigan or shrug if I get chill.  I like the look but more importantly, I feel better with less layers.

Women and  men have always craved into what is considered to be in fashion at the moment.

Throughout  history, they have worn ridiculous hair styles, shoes, make-up, and clothing.

This is not new and will continue.  We can always look back and get a good laugh.

Same here...I'm in Kansas, it's winter and they wear sleeveless all the time.  I think they're crazy!

I find it strange that the male anchors have on suits/ties and are fully covered, summer and winter, while the females sitting on the sofas with them (cable news) wear very tight sleeveless dresses with skirts so short that they don't dare move for fear of them crawling even further up their legs!
