Frequently on these boards I will see someone waxing poetic over how much they love love love love love some product - be it apparel, jewelry,home decor , handbag whatever. So I go and look at the link or the item # with great expectation only to actually see it and just think MEH. I sometimes think that some ladies are so entranced by a certain product line that they really don't see it as it really is, which is just MEH.
Why would you assume your opinion is the valid one while that of another poster is incorrect?
There are a lot of posters with that exact attitude in political threads.

You mean like the 3 or 4 political threads that have already been poofed today? 
No, I just wrote down the comment that popped in my head as I was reading the above statement. I don't think it's powerful enough to derail the entire thread. Most likely the ones that are bashing the OP are what will get the thread poofed.
