Most will be. 

 

I needed a trip to Sam's Club and was surprised ours will be closed tomorrow.

I know Costco is also closed on all holidays.  

 

Malls and department stores are open on most.

Dillard's is having their huge sale today. Opening at 10:00. If you use your Dillard's card, an additional 40% off some sale items. I understand a 3-day return policy for store purchases. On-line purchases are non-returnable. It's too cold to check out any sales!!
