We much rather bring it home and eat in the comfort of our own home. If the the restaurant has outdoor seating than we will do that.
Never been much of a crowd person. Husband is the same way.
@CoffeeNut That's what I've done too. It's too hot here to eat outside now. Often 100° at 5pm which ruins your appetite.

I'm eating at restaurants. Many still have COVID protocols in place.

Never really stopped. Of course, we couldn't go inside for awhile, but we did curbside pickup during that time. Started dining in as soon as they opened up for inside dining. I never got sick from eating in restaurants before the pandemic, so no reason to think I would be more likely to get sick now.

Never stopped. Indoors only, never outdoors. Few places in AZ did outdoor dining. No problems. Every restaurant lately has been pretty full.

Of course we've been eating in restaurants whenever they have been opened. Aside from enjoying the experience, we felt it important to support our local businesses. We're alive to tell the story--LOL!!!

My niece invited me to a movie and lunch on Monday, a belated birthday celebration. We saw In the Heights at a noon matinee, maybe half dozen people there, no where near us. Enjoyed the movie. Then we went to a Thai restaurant, maybe 10 people there. It was my first indoor dining out and in person movie since last March. I felt comfortable in both places. Both of us are vaccinated.

No because I choose not to dine out alone. I do curbside pick up but I did that prior to Covid. When the kids come we will.

Yes. But few. Many restaurants don't have menus any more. You have to scan the code at the table with your phone.

We haven't eaten inside a restaurant since early 2020. We've done carry out. I'm sure we'll return to inside dining sometime this year. All restrictions in my state ended June 11 so I think I'd prefer going at an "off" time when it's not as crowded.
