Of course it wasn't funny but that dumb woman thought it was and she wasn't a young girl either.  Some people  are just stupid and sadly, that woman didn't learn a thing from that experience.   What "could" have happened didn't even sink in.

I use Uber quite often and have never felt unsafe. Like anything, you must always be aware of your surroundings.
