No real way to be sure you are not getting a counterfeit mask just because it isn't from Amazon or EBay, etc.

If the CDC spokesperson is wearing a regular disposable mask,  then the need for the other ones doesn't seem very urgent.

@Duckncover @A spokesperson that must remove his or her mask while giving a press conference and standing at a podium, might prefer to use an exam mask for this purpose because this speaker can't just remove a true N95 and be assured it is properly placed back on after speaking.

The exam masks, three layer, when covered with a three layer mask of tightly woven cotton that covers the face, ate not a bad choices to wear. The double mask is not as effective as a fitted N95 but it still is helpful. What is not helpful is a single layer cloth mask or a mask that is loosely woven.
