do we know that they filed tax returns together??? has that come out??
i know couples that do not even though they are married.
Even if they file separately, purchase or leasing of real estate or automobiles would require proof of income from one of the parties. I'm wondering if the tension we are seeing this season is actually due to these very serious charges.
yes because this all started coming together in september of last year!! they have been aware of these charges since then.

You don't need both income reports to buy a car. A husband or wife with sufficient inomes can do that by him or herself.
The same thing goes for buying a house.
The wife or husband may ONLY know what is declared as income, all the rest can be hidden.

Key word sufficient, either Apollo was claiming he was penniless or he wasn't. Either way hiding money is harder than it sounds. I hope the rumors of Phae kicking him to the curb are true otherwise she looks as shady as he does imho.

Sydney not to be rude or anything but A spouse can be deceived by their crooked partner without knowing a thing. Please give Phaedra the benefit of the doubt.

Hiding money from your spouse is easier than you know. One way to do it is to set up a dummy corporation.
This is 2014, many woman have their own incomes, file separately from their husbands and don't use his name.
In case of the wealthy, many times this is advised.

it sounded like it sometimes!
did anyone see the episode where the house was being remodeled and Apollo was doing the work and it was taking him forever??? he kept making excuses needing this and that! it was turning into a money pit and she was not happy because of course it was not safe with the kids.

Of course it's possible Jane, but if you read other articles, my suspicions are echoed quite a bit, partly due to her occupation. I don't really 'care', just idle conversation.
