Anyone watching the British Open? Spoilers.

My husband and I have been watching.

A few minutes ago, with darkness falling really rapidly, Tom Watson was coming up the 18th to finish up his last hole ever at the British Open. He's coming up the 18th. Crowd is going crazy. It's almost dark. His son was his caddy. That's enough to make me teary and it did.

He finished the hole and came off the green and people were lined up to shake his hand. After all, here's a legend and 5 time champion finishing. Among those lined up to meet him was fellow player, Matt Kuchar. The announcers said that Kuchar finished his round 4 HOURS ago and waited so he could see Watson. 4 HOURS.

I promptly burst into tears. Classy thing for Kuchar (and others) to do. So glad I got to see it.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?
