about cyber love and the deception?

There was a story about a 46 year old man that started chatting with a 18 year old girl in a chat room. The girl thought he was a 18 year old Marine and they began a hot and heavy cyber relationship. As time went on his wife found out and exposed him to the girl.

In the chat room the man's coworker started chatting with the girl as well. The girl was quite upset because the guy lied about who he was. The 2 man started fighting over her. Eventually the older man shot the younger coworker.

The police went to W Virginia to make sure the young lady was safe. Guess what? The young lady was really a 45 year old woman pretending to be her daughter. She had been sending pics of her own daughter and playing this cyber game.

I was thinking to myself that when the woman found out the guy was lying why didn't she just expose herself at that point. heck they could have had a little thing going at that time.

How sad that someone lost their life over this silly nonsense.

Anyone else see this?
