Anyone order on line from Kohls?

Hello, I am wondering if anyone has ordered online from Kohls recently and if they are having delays in order processing? I placed an order on 12/4 and status shows that is in fulfillment. When the order was placed delivery was estimated to be between 12/10 to 12/19.

When I called the automated system, it stated they were working on orders and not to worry orders would be delivered by 12/24.

I have never ordered from Kohls on line. Is this typical? Luckily this order is not for Christmas gifts, but I am just wondering if they are usually this slow.
