Anyone like the show SMASH?

I am sorry if this discussion has been done, I looked and didn't see it. I am loving the new television show Smash! It is so well done, and the music is wonderful. Hard to believe it is a tv show! I like both Ivey ( Hilty) and Karen (K. McPhee). This is going to be a knuckle biter for me. I don't like to get involved with serial type shows, but I think I am sunk with this one. First Downton Abbey, now Smash....geeesh
