Anyone know if HSN returns are taking as long as the Q?

Seems the Q is having delays with returns and refunds again. Is that the case over at HSN as well?

I returned two items on the same day about a month ago. One to HSN and one to QVC.  Refund from HSN in a week.  Still waiting on QVC.

HSN's returns are done immediately upon receiving the items.  Their shipping is also much faster then QVC.
