Suggest you send an email to:  QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

Include your ORDER NUMBER in the email.  The  MODS/Social team will sort this out for you.

Good luck!

I would also contact/call/email Rakuten's CS to let them know what is going on.

My problem is that I never got a confirmation email so I have no order number.

Yes. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered 3 Valerie Parr Hill items that became available at midnight. All three order numbers were confirmed with a confirmation email. The orders never showed up in my order history. I became concerned when others who ordered some of the same items posted that they received their item. I sent an email to Social and Wayne said he couldn't see the orders. Sadly, the items I ordered were now sold out. When they stopped sending invoices, I started snapping a screen shot of my completed orders. Screen shots and confirmed emails didn't matter. My 3 order numbers never posted or processed.

I am sorry that happened to you! In the future I will take a screenshot of the order confirmation page because I never did get an email with my order number. And I will check the "order status" on their website to make sure it went through.

I have had it happen about 3 times now and CS told me they couldn't " see" the order either on their end.. But in 24 hrs or so the order showed up and a confirming email. The first time it happened i ordered again and then got 2 orders and of course it was in preparing to order and couldn't be cancelled.. I did mail one back at their expense.. Seemed wasteful for me and for them.. Must be computer gremilins at work. HA!  Maybe at the exact time we ordered Q's computer system was doing an update?? I have never had it happend on any other online ordering site.

That's interesting. I went ahead and reordered the item (fortunately it was still in stock) except I didn't get the free shipping that was still on last night. I think by now my first order would have shown up but maybe you're right, there could be a computer problem.

I'm glad you can get yours.  Happened to me once but I wasn't as lucky as you to get it still.  On a different product and was disappointed.

"I ordered the TSV last night and received a confirmation email but my order was not showing on the order page. When I checked this morning my order is showing on the order page as an advanced order"

Me too. Called and waited a while. I was told 10/ 21 for mine. No one mentined any delays is shipping on any presentation that I saw. I would like to know what is going on. After all, I am the one paying for it.

@busymom22 when you place an order, the q offers you the opportunity to get a receipt.  I always take it, and I download it to my macbook or iphone (i use the website, not the app - send to me via email) a copy of the receipt with the order number and all pertinent information.  That helps me solve any issues.  Sometimes if there is something shaky in the website, I even download a copy of the cart, to make sure I get a discounted price if they are poofed before I complete my order.  Sometimes an order will not go through.  CS closes, I believe, at 2am.  With the pertinent records, I have been able to solve every problem, most often with CS, one time I used the social team, even the next day.  They were all helpful.

Re: Anyone ever have an order disappear?

UPDATE

So this morning my ghost order appeared! Now I have 2 orders for the same TSV.  I called customer service and because the first order just showed up they were still able to cancel it but will honor the free shipping on the one I ordered last.

I am so surprised because all day yesterday I checked and that order never showed on my account.  It's crazy that it took over 24 hours to appear.

Re: Anyone ever have an order disappear?

I made several orders during the midnight to 1am EST Monday morning and they were all gone.  This has happened before but usually by morning they show up so I learned not to re order.  But this time 12 hours later nothing.  Called CS they couldn't tell me anything other than there was a glitch and I should reorder and return anything that was double ordered but they had thought it was fixed.   How does no one at QVC know anything when this happens.  I alsolutely mismanagement for a  online retailer.  I get that glitches happen but they always make it on the customer back to notice to call take the hit and.or the risk.  I reorderd the TSV to make sure I got it but couldn't reorder everything because of course things sold out.  When things like this happen they need to inform there customers and tell us what to do about.  HSN  had a screw up a month ago and the president of HSN send an email to all customers to inform them what happened and said they wre going to make it right,  I found that refreshing even though I hadn't bought anything and made me feel more positive about HSN.  QVC refuses to communicate with its customers when they screw up.  The least they can do is give direction to CS so they can tell the customer what do to instead of I don't know what to tell you.   Away.  I checked at the 24 hour mark and nothing,  had to go back in the room for something and deceided to look one more time and 25 hours later they showed up.  I was able to cancel all but one of the items I had reorderd only because I caught them just as they posted.   but the TSV advance order (of all things) wouldn't let me cancel and of course there is no CS at 2:00am.  So now I take the hit on my credit card for one payment probably 2 because how long it takes to ship and then returns processed until I get my money back.  Again the customer having to pay for there mistake.  I dont know what they are doing at QVC but it nothing like customer service,

I agree. This extreme glitch in their ordering system is really unacceptable especially since they expect the customers to carry the hassle with having to ship items back and wait for refunds.

Re: Anyone ever have an order disappear?

Yes, this happened to me just tonight with TSV.  I placed 5 orders but only one order is showing and only received 1 email and I can't get through to chat or calling customer service.  Very odd.
