Last night I ordered the TSV. I use Rakuten to get cash back so I went through that portal first and completed my order. I had to enter a new credit card for my purchase as my one on file had been stolen and I had a replacement. I entered that information, clicked send, and the order confirmation page came up.
This morning I thought I'd click to see when the estimated ship date would be and.....the order wasn't there.
I looked at my email and there was no order confirmation either. However, my new credit card information is still in the QVC system, and when I look at Rakuten's "orders placed" I can see a listing from QVC. I called customer service and they have nothing on record of the order.
Anyone know what might have happened?

Suggest you send an email to: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com
Include your ORDER NUMBER in the email. The MODS/Social team will sort this out for you.

There's something going on with the TSV. I ordered it at like 12:10am. It's not in my orders either and no email. I just put in an order for 2 other things and they're there and I got the email. I'm just going to see if it shows up later today before I reach out.

Yes. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered 3 Valerie Parr Hill items that became available at midnight. All three order numbers were confirmed with a confirmation email. The orders never showed up in my order history. I became concerned when others who ordered some of the same items posted that they received their item. I sent an email to Social and Wayne said he couldn't see the orders. Sadly, the items I ordered were now sold out. When they stopped sending invoices, I started snapping a screen shot of my completed orders. Screen shots and confirmed emails didn't matter. My 3 order numbers never posted or processed.

I have had it happen about 3 times now and CS told me they couldn't " see" the order either on their end.. But in 24 hrs or so the order showed up and a confirming email. The first time it happened i ordered again and then got 2 orders and of course it was in preparing to order and couldn't be cancelled.. I did mail one back at their expense.. Seemed wasteful for me and for them.. Must be computer gremilins at work. HA! Maybe at the exact time we ordered Q's computer system was doing an update?? I have never had it happend on any other online ordering site.

Oh YES. Happened years ago twice. No explanations just asked if I wanted to order the item/s again. Didn;t happen as they were sold out.

I ordered the TSV last night and received a confirmation email but my order was not showing on the order page. When I checked this morning my order is showing on the order page as an advanced order with a receive date of 10/18.

Did you send the Social Team a copy of your confirmation email too?

@Mz iMac Yes, I included with my email. Wayne couldn't find them. I ordered on 9/22/23 with the confirmation emails on 9/23/23. Looks like they are lost in cyberspace.
