I don't understand why they can't find him at night using infrared cameras like they do at the border down south.

@SilleeMee   It was reported that four helicopters and 30 border patrol officers arrived yesterday. There were thunderstorms in the area last night and also tonight.

Wet clothing does not interfere with IR cameras.

It hasn't rained by me and I'm only 14 miles from Kennett Square.

It's been hot and dry for about a month.  I wish it would rain.

It's Pennsylvania, not surprised the convicted murderer was just strolling around in street clothes ( no orange jumpsuit for him) and an open wall in a prison.
