Yes!!! i been following this since this past fri... i live about 30 min from all of this. i been watching youtube alot about this... in fact at 9am today recovery addict on youtuube is covering this.. he has a real good station on this.. im hoping, but dont think he will get caught anytime soon.. ok gotta go to watch you tube. im hoping he doesnt come out my way.. but not woods around where im at.. but you never know.. i was looking over my shoulder leaving for work at 6am in the morning.... ive been following this like i was following brian laundire!

On Friday (the day after the escape) Cavalcante's public defender filed a request for a new trial or sentence citing lack of evidence! Seems crazy to do that.

The judge quickly denied the request.

this is turning into a real cat and mouse game.. he was just spotted again tonight on longwood gardens cam.. and he got away.. now they are expanding the perimeter.. crazy!!  he may be caught next week!!

Reporters were given a tour of the State Police command center.

The prison tower guard who didn't see Cavalcante leaving has been fired.

Another home break-in has been attributed to Cavalcante.

@haddon9   I had thought the same thing when I heard the area he was in.  Wonder if QVC studio park took extra precautions for their employees, like escorts to and from their cars since they come and go at all hours of the day and night.

@ciao_bella  and @haddon9  QVC has lots of security in the parking lot due to all the products onsite and the well-known presenters. He would have to be crazy to go near all those surveillance cameras. He was spotted again just yesterday near Longwood Gardens, prompting an evacuation;  so it looks like he has not moved. They think they have him isolated in an eight-mile perimeter. I'm wondering why they just don't get other police precincts or the National Guard out there and "drive" him. He is a security threat and wanted by another country.
