They settled. I'm gonna guess that letting him back on the show was part of the settlement.

I watched it for a while but got tired of seeing Jarod verbally abusing Brandi.....They shouldn't allow that to be part of the show and seems sad to me that she is willing to take such disrespect just to get paid to be on the show.
