I don't even know who the mods are on Proboards.

No idea what or who is being discussed here.

Just glad I can post in both places.

The only thing I know about the mods over there is that when this place was going to be closed, a few people who aren't paid a cent, joined together to give us a place to continue to keep in contact with our friends from here. Their rules keep the place from being chaotic and it's peaceful. And the private messaging is great to talk to friends..🥰

This is exactly how I feel. I know some people here set up there and invited everyone. Now, when I feel like posting, if I see something there that interests me vs scrolling thru some not-so-interesting stuff, I have a choice. I'm all for it.

Yes @JamandBread and we have had some conversations over there that would have been deleted here in a New York minute, so it's been fun. Both boards are nice to peruse and take what you like and leave the rest behind. 🥰

My experience of having been on many different boards over the years @JaneMarple is that every board has its own unique atmosphere. Some were heavily moderated and others were no holds barred. None of them were a happy medium and eventually all were dismantled. But I am trying to stay positive about this one and hoping for enough patronage to keep it going.

Thank you! I feel the same way, and it irritates me no end when I see people over here bashing those women. They stepped up, donating their time and resources, and you see these ungrateful people swiping at them. It is so irritating. We should be supporting women instead of tearing them down.

My take on it is that people have different reasons for joining a board. Not everyone wants a heavily moderated board. Some want a lot of leeway to express an opinion. It's about finding a good fit...kind of like looking for the positives and de-emphasizing the negatives. Posting on topics where you are comfortable. I, myself, broke that rule and was quickly admonished enough for me to never again post in the Royals forum.😳

Yet you and others have no problem tearing down other posters here for voicing an opinion because you may not agree. Seems like younshpuld be supporting the women here instead of bashing them.

Someday, when scientists discover the center of the Universe....some people will be disappointed it is not them.

@MG Chris why would they be bashing the P Board when a lot of the Posters here are registered there even thought they have never Posted there?

It seems as if when something goes wrong there, the P Board Posters come here to let it all out. If the Moderators here deleted every Pro Board Thread, then everyone would blame the Moderators and QVC. Lets hope for the best.
