Yes 105 in Porter Ranch. And worst, our front and back yards are in the midst of being relandscaped. we removed the lawn, I feel so bad for the workers who are digging for the new plants.

I lived in San Bernadino once, it is desert. Joshua trees etc. It wasn't typically 115 though.

Ha ha Hennypenny, I always tell everyone that we have to wait for Yom Kippur for the the heat to stop, although we build a succah and 2 years ago we had to eat inside it was so hot.

I live in Northern California and it is 101 degrees. Thursday and Friday supposed to be 106 degrees. Ugh!
