@Pamita Have them email your bill. We haven't gotten a bill in the mail in decades.

I resent these charges coming from banks and credit cards.
Discover bank doesn't charge for paper statements and includes postage paid envelopes.

In addition to raising APR , Penalty APR, and Returned Payment Fee they will now be charging $1.99 per month for the convenience of sending a paper statement.
Not too happy with any of this. I'm never late and pay in full each month but I'm not pleased to learn I'll have to pay to receive my bill in the mail.
Anyone else have views on this ?
@Pamita. Some legally blind person who can't use a computer needs to challenge this in court under the ADA.

I am far from legally blind, but there are just some things I don't like to do online because of sight issues.
For instance, I only read paper books because the e-books are too irritating to me.
Since I would suppose that many of us that do prefer paper are QVC's better customers, giving a free QCard paper statement option to those that spend 'X' dollars a year with the Q might go over well as a perk.

Mine still does unless you have automatic withdrawal from your bank account.

What is a paper statement? What is a check? What is a stamp?

It depends on the problem.
My mother wasn't technically legally blind--she could read many paper documents, but she couldn't see things on a computer well enough to tell what they were.
