Anyone else having trouble receiving TSV travelon handbag F11622

I ordered 4 of these bags on 8/29 expecting to receive them in my usual time frame...... Well I still haven't received them.

I would call CS and find out what is going on. Sometimes they have better information than what is shown on Order Status.

Already tried that, she said she doesn't know why that is all of the information on there......DUH! I have written an email , waiting for that response. I know what to do, just wanted to know if anyone else was having the same issue.
