Re: Anyone else dealing with a dog with chronic urinary tract infections?

Going to either a home cooked diet or raw is best for dogs. Commercial pet foods have too many ingredients in them which cause an array of problems. Next he needs to be on a good probiotic, Garden of Lifes Primal Defense is the one I give my dogs. His gut flora is most likely messed up especially if he was on any meds. It will take about three weeks for the diet and probiotic to show some positive results.

As I stated, he is on a raw diet. He is always on probiotics due to his sensitive stomach and has been for a long time now.
