Yes, I have a 2023 Subaru Crosstrek Limited with all of the bells and whistles. Moonroof +Navigation+ Harman Kardon Audio. The color that I purchased was Horizon Blue Pearl and it was a special order. I was able to pick up the day after Thanksgiving.
I love it. I hear no road noise while driving. It is a smaller SUV but I am one person.
Features that I do not like:
You cannot open what is considered the trunk from inside the car.
I do not like the digital gas gauge at all.
Where I put my remote for my garage door opener, it would not fit, because the visor is so large. I ended up being able to find a solution that works for me.
In my old car I had a compartment for my sunglasses and this one does not.
These are all small issues, and while originally annoying I have grown accustom to them.
It has a ton of safety features, in fact my car insurance premium decreased. Which is saying a lot because my previous car that I had driven was 10 years old. I use all of the safety features except one. It's where if it sees you are crossing a line on the road it gently nudges the wheel to put you back where it believes you should be. That was freaking me out, so when I had to take my car in for a protectant gloss that I paid for I had them turn that feature off.
Would I buy it again. ABSOLUTELY!
Please feel free to ask me any questions.

We love our Forrester. Plenty of space everywhere. And visibility.
I recall looking for cars a few years ago. At that time, most of the cars' interior were very dark and compact. Hardly any visibility. Black interiors.
I remember thinking that I wouldn't want to place youngsters in those cramped back seats with no visibility. I like to see youngsters looking out and around at the scenery, etc.
Then, along came a Forrester. What a difference.
I'm not sure if the newer models have the same interior space and 'daylight'.
Wishing O/P and everyone here the best of
luck and safety. Enjoy!

DH has been, for several months, talking about CrossTrek, maybe leasing. Has been waiting for lower prices re: all manufacturers.
I believe there was an electronic chip problem somewhere in the world, and manufacturers have been waiting and waiting.
Also, I believe there was a President's sale or other sale in email newsletter.......
O/P might want to take a look online in her nearby Subaru dealer's website.

If you are single and don't need much space, it would be okay. We eliminated it from our wish list, but would consider a Forrester.

I drive a Forester Touring and I love it. As pointed out, the visibility is amazing.

Seriously looked at one, but I have been a Toyota girl for over 20 years. My daughter has been a Subaru fan for 15 years & bought a Toyota Friday. I always read the reviews & problems online.

I've been driving Subarus since 1996 and wouldn't have anything else. They're very safe, don't need much maintenance and hold their value amazingly. My favorite was a 2011 red Forestor which I loved but for various reasons we traded it in for a Imprezza, 2years ago.
Subaru doesn't sell a lot of cars--probably around 300,000 a year in the US, but their owners are very loyal--possibly because their cars last forever.
