I always buy the Threshold brand of towels at Target.   They go on sale often, great variety of sizes & colors.

If not in stock, you can order to be shipped to the store.

@cimeranrose   I bought  a total of three sets of Home Reflections towels (QVC's in house brand) earlier this year, two 6 piece lace trimmed sets in a true soft pink in February and one identical set, except in a soft white, in June.

They are 100% cotton and wash and wear nicely, including the lace trim.  They were made in Turkey.

That particular style is sold/cleared out but they do have other sets available.

I wash and dry in warm and never use dryer sheets or softener on towels.

Hope this helps and you find some sets that will make you happy.

A few years prior to the aforementioned QVC purchases I have also bought sets online from Boscov's--Avanti and Royal Court Home brands--when I wanted full bath sets with towels, bath mats, shower curtains, and soap dispenser, to match that were very nice.

 I have bought Egyptian  cotton towels from The Company Store for years that have stood up well for the last 15 yrs . I have some old Fieldcrest Royal velvet towels that I bought in 1990 that still look new !

@cimeranrose   A couple of years ago I bought a set by the Property Bros. I love them, great set, bath towels are huge, they're all thick, soft, luxurious. Launder beautifully no lint left behind either.

I buy towels and bedding from The Company Store or Pottery Barn when there is a sale. I sometimes find some nice towels also at Target.

Quite a while ago I bought northern nights brand.  I was pleased with the purchase.  I also find a good variety of towels at JC Penney, and there are frequent sales.

The best quality towels I have found are the Charisma towels at Costco. I also loved the Better Homes and Gardens hand towels that Walmart carried a couple of years ago and discontinued. They came in all sorts of colors and they have replaced them with another one that looks pretty nice...I check WM periodically for good hand towels  since I like different colors in one of my baths.
