Reddit does skew young, but it can be great, especially if you find a compatible subreddit to join.  Just use your common sense about your privacy settings and you should be fine.  By all means lurk for a while until you feel comfortable.

There are certainly a wide range of topics and interests to choose from.

I have had very little experience, I found it's mostly misinformation.

I have been s member for a while. The site has information about most things, and mix of Intragram and Facebook. Most companies have a presence in a sub-forum. I like the live music and the walking tours.

I have been on a couple of times, but rarely.  It's a pretty good place to post.  I like it a lot.
