Twice and they were good ones!  I took Uber in to Bosto for my ophthalmology visits, retina and cornea specialists.  I get in the car and the driver said "so you are going to MGH".  I said no, I'm going to Brookline Ave".  He said "the system says MGH so that's where I have to take you".  I was about to demand that he let me out and was panicking because calling for another ride would have made me late and then the driver said April Fools!  And then my niece picked up my great niece from school and said the teacher is coming here in an hour for a home visit.  Huh????   She didn't know why, she was straightening up and putting toys away little Skyla said she was nervous because she didn't know why the teacher was coming.  I kept saying I never heard of such a thing.  So then they said the teacher just pulled into the parking lot and they were going to open the door and I should wait in another room.  What??????   When they came in...with no teacher....they yelled April Fools!
