Anyone Use Rhino Shield For Exterior Paint?

My DH was telling me toady a guy he works with told him about this paint that acts like vinyl siding has ceramic in it and keeps out drafts and is very expensive.Put it on once and lasts a lifetime. Seems to good to be true just wondering if anyone has ever heard of it or know someone that has used it. Its been around for about 7years.
